we have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly, you can return We want all our customers to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. If you do not find the product satisfying, we can always arrange a return, followed by a refund for the same.

3) Will I have to pay any charges for the returns?

  1. We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups by us are done free of cost.

4) What is the resolution offered in case of returns?

  1. In case of a return, possible solutions are:
    1. Replacement of the product with a similar product (only if stocks are available with our Business Partner / Seller);
    2. Exchange (only for Apparel not fit for size)

5) Some of conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected ?

  1. You can return your products purchased from Fricstore within the specified return/exchange period All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
    1. The product must be returned within 10 days.
    2. Product was damaged after opening/transportation
    3. The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present.
    4. Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
    5. It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
    6. It should be unwashed. We don’t want you wasting any detergent!.

  1. At times, the returns policy may vary. To get the exact information, always refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion running at that time. That said, we always strive to keep our policies as flexible and customer friendly as possible.

7) What is the refund for my return provided ?

  1. You will be notified of an estimated Refund date as soon as your Return ID is generated.
  2. However, once we pick up the product, we shall share a promised date of refund initiation with you.
